Mini Company - Beady Bits ..

Last Friday Orla came into our school to see how our mini company is coming along. She went through each group to see how everything was. She seemed really impressed with all of our groups. Some groups are more ahead then others. She said that my group could make 4000e in profit which is great news :). My group consists of 5 others, Alison L, Lauren T , Bebhinn C , Davina J and Lauren M. We are a that makes bracelets, we buy our beads in Yellow Brick Road, make the bracelets then sell them for 2.50/3.00 it depends. We get pink beads and we make pink bracelets and the profit from the selling of these bracelets goes to Action Breast Cancer which is a very worthwhile charity. They gave us ribbons and buckets to help collect money for them. So far we have sold around 20-50 bracelets and have made over 100e for charity and more than 70e for ourselves all within 4 days of selling. Its great fun making and selling the bracelets. Its also great to know that the money we make is going to this great charity. Its the small things that goes a long way...
