Clock Making...

In Technology for the past few days we have been making clocks. Its made out of green perspex. Myself and a few others done technology in 1st , 2nd & 3rd year , so we have to help the other students. Each year in tech we have made these clocks so now i have 4 of them. It only took 3 tech classes to finish the clock. Its quite easy to make them. First you mark out your dimensions , then you start cutting off your excess material. When that's done you smooth file the piece to make it smooth. Then you drill the hole where the clock arms will fit through. After all that bend the plastic with the strip heater, put the plastic on the strip heater and when u see the middle of it "melting" then you know its ready to be bent, bend it back and let it cool down. That's the hard part over. Now all you need to do is get your clock pieces and add them on . Then go around the finished clock with emri paper. Wahlaa Finito :)
