In home-ec on Tuesday as part of our international cuisine project me and Grace R made chocolate souffles from Italy. There really easy to make. All u need is eggs, chocolate, caster sugar and butter. First you melt the chocolate , then whisk the egg whites and add caster sugar bit by bit until its able to be held upside down without falling. Add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate. Then put the both mixtures into a big bowl and mix. Then put the mixture into ramekins and cook in the oven for 10-20 minutes. They turned out amazing and thank god they didn't fall in the middle. It was our first time making these and they turned out really well , we let them cool down then we sprinkled icing sugar on the top for design
